The magazine
Anyone with a property decision in front of them — a first tenancy, a first purchase, a renovation, a portfolio, or a move later in life. The magazine is organised by stage of the journey rather than by property type, so readers can find themselves in it.
Each edition appears in print and as a digital edition you can read on any screen. The publication schedule is confirmed with each issue rather than promised in advance.
Search. Every page of every edition is searchable, adverts are clickable, and a link can point at a single page. It is the same magazine, with the things paper cannot do.
Editorial
Yes, and it is stated on the page. Contributors are credible property professionals writing what they genuinely know, and any commercial relationship is declared. Editorial builds authority, advertising builds visibility, sponsorship builds association — they are different things and the magazine keeps them apart.
If you are a broker, lawyer, surveyor, architect, designer, developer, investor or PropTech founder with something a reader can actually use, yes. Submit through the editorial page. Useful beats promotional every time.
Advertising
Rates depend on the format, the position and how many editions you commit to — a series booking is materially cheaper per insertion than a single one. Ask for the media pack and you will get the current rate card and the closing date for the next edition.
A business we are willing to name when a reader asks who to speak to. It is not bought — there are criteria on accreditation, reviews, fee transparency, responsiveness and complaint history, and they are published.
Property shows and exhibitions, estate agents and development suites, show homes, professional offices, and direct to subscribers. The digital edition is available everywhere.
